This paper presents the results of a theoretical-methodological analysis post-war anomie phenomenon in management leadership. The main features are shown. investigates this topic following logical sequence: society, where almost all areas public life marginalize rapidly, marginal type manager becomes dominant. It is kind hybrid management, which occupies an intermediate position between traditional (pre-war) and new (post-war) types. In sense security confidence future replaced by uncertainty. At every step, contradictory situation arises, social tensions grow, competition interpersonal intergroup conflicts become more widespread. consequences war felt strongly, living conditions people deteriorating, causes panic, shocks, stress, psycho-physiological disorders. People do not even have vague idea society moving, their role process, place − gives rise to uncertainty future. difficult for many adapt psychologically.
